Raimon Moreno Pedralva provides the service under the ChefExpenses brand.

Provision of SaaS services for costing management.

Subscription based on monthly or annual plans.

The service is provided as available.

Using the platform constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

The user declares to be of legal age and have legal capacity.

Verified email is required to use the platform.

We have Cook, Chef, Restaurant, and Group plans with different limits.

Prices indicated on the web, excluding taxes unless otherwise stated.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled previously.

Legal 14-day period for digital subscriptions according to regulations.

Resale of the service or unauthorized shared access is prohibited.

You own your recipes.

Reforcing this point, the intellectual property of recipes belongs exclusively to the people who create them.

ChefExpenses will not claim rights over your culinary creations.

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which sets out purposes, legal bases, retention periods and your rights.

You acknowledge and accept that, in the specific situations set out in the Privacy Policy (technical support, audit and security, operational advisory, platform maintenance and legal compliance), authorized ChefExpenses personnel may access the data associated with your account and the content of your restaurants. Such access is subject to confidentiality duties and limited to the minimum necessary for the purpose pursued.

Software and algorithms are property of ChefExpenses.

Third-party tools (e.g. Maps) are governed by their own terms.

We guarantee 99% uptime except for force majeure.

Email support available during business hours, Mon-Fri.

We may suspend accounts for non-payment or rule infringement.

After termination, data remains blocked for the legal period.

We do not guarantee that the software is free of user data entry errors.

Terms may change notifying with 15-day notice.

If a clause is null, the rest of the contract remains valid.
